Joseph Patsko has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation. He has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases through trial. Mr. Patsko has handled casualty defense cases through trial for auto negligence, wrongful death, premises liability, and product liability. Joe has an AV PREEMINENT rating by MARTINDALE HUBBELL (the highest possible for legal ability and ethics).

Mr. Patsko was raised in Tampa, Florida; graduated from Chamberlain High School, the University of South Florida, and Ohio Northern Law School. While attending the University of South Florida he was inducted into the political science honor society fraternity, PI SIGMA ALPHA.

Joe has been recognized by the Florida Bar Association as a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial lawyer since 1999. Mr. Patsko has represented many clients in State and Federal courts throughout the State of Florida for over 30 years. His dedication to clients and detailed preparation has led him to try many cases to a successful verdict in favor of his clients and he continues to do so.

However, trials are not the only venue for a favorable resolution and, for those clients, Joe works extremely hard to achieve a favorable result for them without a trial. Mr. Patsko, if asked, would say that his greatest achievement comes from just helping clients. Joe is driven to achieve the best result for each client without exception. He has represented individuals, companies, both small and large, and insurance companies on both first and third party matters.

As a Mediator Joe brings a creative, aggressive, pro-active approach to mediation in an effort to get parties together to bring certainty and resolution to simple and complex litigated matters. He brings years of real world trial and case experience to the mediation table so people can resolve differences without the protracted expense and uncertainty of litigation.
