Fee Schedule

• 2 party mediation: $185 per party per hour (2 hour minimum)
• 3-party mediation: $160 per party per hour (2 hour minimum)
• 4 or more party mediation: $125 per party per hour (2 hour minimum)
• A minimum of two (2) hours will be charged for all half-day mediations
• A minimum of four (4) hours will be charged for all full-day mediations
• Whenever possible, half-day mediations should be scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.
• Whenever possible, full-day mediations should be scheduled to take place from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
• For mediations only review of documents is included in the per party rate.
• Travel fees are included at this time for mediations taking place in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Hernando and Manatee County.

For mediations held elsewhere, there will be a $75 per hour travel charge, along with 100% reimbursement should lodging, etc. be required

• All mediation fees are to be paid in full within thirty (30) days of being invoiced
• Any mediation fees not paid within thirty (30) days of being invoiced will accrue interest at the rate allowable by law

Mediation Cancellation Fees:

• There will be a two (2) hour minimum charge for half-day mediations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation.
• There will be a four (4) hour minimum charge for full-day mediations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation.
• Cancellation fees are to be split evenly among all parties, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• A waiver or reduction of cancellation fees may be considered under certain circumstances.
• All cancellation fees are to be paid in full within thirty (30) days of being invoiced.
• Any cancellation fees not paid within thirty (30) days of being invoiced will accrue interest at the rate allowable by law.
